Assistant Project Manager
Almost ready to take on a PM Role and run your own jobs?
You’ll start working directly with the company owner and Lead PM on larger projects while getting settled in before being given your own smaller projects to run.
The projects will be throughout New York City and include commercial and residential interior fit-outs and renovations, typically valued at $5m—$20m.
You’ll get the opportunity to move up quickly and take on more responsibility before transitioning into a PM role when you're ready.
This isn’t a huge firm, so if you're looking for a big corporate company, this probably isn't the right fit. But if you’re looking for an established and busy construction firm that will offer you training, mentorship, and quick career progression without a large number of colleagues to compete with, then please get in touch.

About you:
- Minimum 3-4 years’ experience in an Assistant Project Manager role working on projects in New York City for a GC/CM
- Experience with RFI’s and submittals
- Some experience in estimating/ preconstruction preferred but not essential
- College degree in construction management/ civil engineering/ architecture preferred
